The day’s activities will include a guided listening walk, workshop sessions and a music performance followed by streaming the dawn chorus.

Guest artists include cellist/composer Maja Bugge who will be leading a special performance from within the new bird hides, alongside artist Rebecca Chesney . Sarah Dalrymple of Cumbria Wildlife Trust will also lead a guided walk of the site, a shingle island reserve that is home to a wide range of birds and wildlife including the only grey seal colony in Cumbria.
