Liberec-Radčice is a former village on the slopes of the Jizera Mountains, which  was attached to the city of Liberec many years ago. The houses here are surrounded by gardens that gradually turn into forests. In addition to the singing of birds, it is also possible to hear sheep, dogs, sometimes a car passes by, or some of the local residents trim grass or cut wood.
