The microphone is attached with the iron grill of the balcony. The flat is on the 3rd floor and it's the top floor of the building.

Suvey Park is an area in south Kolkata and used to be almost on the edge of the city. But the city has grown rapidly and it's not on the edge anymore. The new metro line has been built and a station is located near this housing complex. The service has not been started though.
There is a mango tree just outside the balcony.
