Open area of grassland cut twice a year to the east of a ten year old plantation of native trees.  Native hedging both planted and on older cornish walls.  Will move into woodland at dawn as there is nowhere level for tent overnight. Woodland is a mixture of thirty year old planting and ten year old planting native trees to area - oak, birch, alder, cherry, field maple and hawthorn, hazel, guelder rose and existing blackthorn.  The recording this year will be on an iphone.
