I have been waking to record around sunrise daily for over month now. Every morning I sit on our back porch, cup of coffee on hand. For the past few weeks I have been synchronizing recordings with Erica Van Loon (Amsterdam) and Santiago Diaz Escamilla (Bogota) three times daily, at each of our sunrises. This shared practice has brought us so many moments of wonder and joy in this otherwise stressful time. I am currently quarantined with my partner who is recovering from Covid.
