Originally launched in 2020 as a temporary mobile stream set up for Reveil 2020 using simple iPhone/App. Now upgraded with a newly built external streambox fitted with Raspberry Pi, Komplete Audio2 and 2 microphones.
It has been relaunched in 2021 during UK COVID-19 Lockdown 3 to share immersive and tranquil sounds from rural Cumbria with others.
Currently sited in a rural location just outside Grasmere village at Thorney How. Expect to hear birds, bees, sheep, ducks, hens and other distant garden/farming noises with occasional low flying military aircraft.
