Enjoy the dawn chorus from the reed beds of Oxwich National Nature Reserve, Gower Peninsula, the first area in the United Kingdom to be designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Hopefully along with the calls of regular woodland birds such as Blackbirds and Song Thrushes, we will hear the calls of Reed and Sedge Warblers. If we are lucky, Grasshopper Warblers may make an appearance as well as the calls of local wildfowl from the surrounding lakes.
