At this site the planting is a mixture of established trees and newly planted saplings as part of the Open University's Weston OpenLiving Lab project. The sounds you might hear include a range of common woodland birds: robin, wren, tits, thrushes and warblers and occasional water birds including little egret, grey heron and kingfisher. You may also hear the river Ouzel, the wind through the trees and background road noise. |
