The precise location isn't a narrow alley, as in many old villages in the south of France, for there's an old citadel wall opposite, with a Roman reservoir at the far end and a spiral staircase, which has been partly excavated to make a parking lot. Everything is in old stone, with a view of the château and tall trees. It looks quiet, but there's a lot of traffic and presence. It's just behind the church (very loud...), facing north-east. There's sometimes a strong wind.
