The Schloßberg is the highest area in the city of Graz, it has many many walking paths and there are always many people - it is one of the places in town, where one doesn't need to consume anything, one can sit on a bench or in the meadow, it is always accessible.
I will be going there in the early morning, alone.
Or I might stay at home, as the weather forecast is bad - I will decide in the morning.
