You are listening from atop a hill down into a heavily wooded area with a lake toward the bottom. The area is a combination of evergreens, maples, and a few black walnut trees. It is carved out from within a residential area so in addition to birds, wild turkeys, deer, and forest ambience you may here talking and traffic drone.
