The Cremisan valley, west of Bethlehem, is one of the last green spaces around Bethlehem. It hosts a local community that has been growing around the establishment of the Cremisan Monastery in the 19th century. The israeli occupation plans to annex the Cremisan valley : the apartheid wall passes through the valley and cuts ties in between the community of Bethlehem and the monastery.
