This is an abandoned urban common ground located at the outskirts of Florence in a wealthy residential area not far from a local train station, a river, and a big street going N-E.

In this up a little hill neighbourhood, there is also a primary and a secondary school, the biggest campus in Europe of New York University, lots of family homes, a nun's monastery with church and big private garden. This little wild public green area seems to be completely neglected from residents, students, and the municipality, but we found very interesting to explore it, in therms of acoustic space/place, the proximity with the urban, and the overall ecosounds atmosphere in it.
