New woodland (2022–) with over 60,000 broadleaved trees, including oak, hazel, willow planted across a 36-hectare site.
15 ha of new tree planting are added to 4 ha of existing tree cover, with the remaining space a mix of scrubland, open spaces, and unplanted land adjacent to the woodland, from which seedlings are expected to establish. This will transform grassland into a mosaic of habitats, increasing biodiversity.
A long term solar powered stream installed by the Soundcamp Cooperative with Alex de Little in July 2025 aims to give attention to sounds of the area and the woodland as it grows. Projected listening period: 10+ years.
