re-turning to a small village, wild garden.
This is a re-turning. A relay of the sounds of Dawn from a wild garden in the West of Ireland.
Not a listening back but forward, everything sounding different, even if the location and set up is nearly the same as had streamed from, on Reveil, 5 years ago.
The area is rich in bird dialogue, from starlings nesting in the roof of the house, to a rookery and wood nearby, alongside a neighbours barn full of swifts and swallows.
The garden is a haven for many more avian friends and home to wild flowers and shrubs. A place protected by rowan trees and robins, with the increasing hum of insects and a multitude of bees, all a buzz. A neighbours central heating kicked in, for a while on this very foggy cold morning. To think we were all in t-shirts 24hours earlier. In the distance another neighbours chickens are set to wake up, and from nearby fields sounds the bleat of sheep with their lambs and cows with calves blending in with navigators in vehicles on nearby roads and planes above.
